Company website

What separates a corporate site from a simple one is not the page count but the number of audiences. A client hunts for a specific capability, a candidate for a vacancy, a supplier for someone to speak to, a journalist for a press release. Each arrives with a different question and leaves if the answer hides behind the company story since 1987. Take a food group with three subsidiaries: it has to serve all those audiences without mixing them, and keep the whole thing alive with contributors scattered across departments.

Where this service reaches

Structure counts for more than graphics. If a visitor cannot reach the answer in two clicks, they go back to the search results and open the competitor listed just below you.

Put your scope to an engineer

One route per business line

A page devoted to each activity instead of a long list under a vague heading. Each carries its own contact, its own references and its own form, which finally shows which activity genuinely attracts enquiries.

Careers area

Often the busiest section of all. Vacancies are typed into the admin or pulled from your recruitment tool, and candidates apply without creating an account. Every vacancy has its own address, easy to share on professional networks.

Governance and documents

Leadership, sustainability reporting, internal policies, the whistleblowing channel if you operate one, and downloadable documents gathered in one place rather than scattered through the pages.

News and press area

A feed proving the company is alive, drawing steady traffic and giving journalists releases, high-resolution images and a named contact. Editors publish unaided, with a mobile preview, without raising an IT ticket.

Enquiries into the CRM

Forms feed HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24 or Dynamics 365 along with the origin of each enquiry: page viewed, campaign, subsidiary concerned. An acknowledgement goes out immediately, which cuts the chasing.

French and English

Two complete versions with sound hreflang, plus German or Spanish where you export. Switching language stays on the same topic instead of sending everyone back to the front door, and the admin flags translations falling behind.

The way an engagement runs

Development is not the long pole. What sets the launch date is agreement on the structure between departments and the production of copy by each of them.

01

Audience workshop

A video session with marketing, sales and human resources to name the audiences and the questions they bring with them.

02

Site plan

Sections and routes for each audience, approved as a document in its own right before anyone opens a design tool.

03

Design and build

Wireframes for the main templates, then the templates themselves, the forms and the links. Remaining pages assemble from those same parts.

04

Migration and training

Content moved across, redirects from old addresses, audience measurement and a trained owner inside each department.

The English version is settled at the first wireframe, not the night before launch. Plenty of French companies have clients, shareholders and staff who do not read French, then discover three days before opening that forty pages are missing. When both languages sit in the structure from the start, copy is commissioned in parallel and no section stays empty on one side.

Questions and answers

Through numbers rather than impressions. Business line by business line, you watch how many visitors reach the contact page, how many actually send an enquiry, and how many applications arrive. If traffic is healthy but enquiries are missing, the fault lies in structure or copy, not in the advertising budget. We set up a plain dashboard using a GDPR-friendly measurement tool.

A named person appointed before launch, with a deputy. A site with no owner shows filled vacancies and dead links within six months. The admin is built for someone who is not a developer, and each department sees only its own sections.

It depends on your markets. If you sell into Germany or Spain, a local version pays back more than another English page. Each language is permanent work, though, so two versions genuinely kept current beat five abandoned ones.

Yes. Vacancies from the recruitment tool, the distributor list from the CRM, datasheets from the ERP: all of it can be pulled through APIs so nobody retypes the same information twice. Before quoting, we check which interfaces your software genuinely exposes.

The obligations target public bodies first and, through the European Accessibility Act, part of the digital services aimed at consumers. The exact perimeter depends on your activity and size and is confirmed with your legal adviser. Either way we design to WCAG 2.1 AA: contrast, keyboard navigation, alternative text. Everybody gains.
