Duty channel
A dedicated route with no menu and no queue, handed over in the contract to the people you name and nobody else. An engineer is at the other end, not a service that takes a message for the morning.
For companies whose work does not stop at six in the evening: an online shop in Black Friday week, a warehouse labelling parcels before the morning collection, a plant running three shifts, a care facility open through the night. A failure at two in the morning costs orders, deliveries or appointments straight away. The duty engineer picks the incident up as it arrives and starts work over remote access, rather than leaving it to wait for the offices to open.
Duty cover exists for whatever halts selling, making or caring. A request for an account or a question about a spreadsheet waits until morning, and that is good news for your budget.
A dedicated route with no menu and no queue, handed over in the contract to the people you name and nobody else. An engineer is at the other end, not a service that takes a message for the morning.
A rotating schedule with cover for absences and a written handover between shifts. Not one person sleeping beside a laptop who disappears on holiday in August.
Restarting services, switching to the backup line, recovering a virtual machine from backup, locking a compromised account in Entra ID within seconds, clearing the queue that prints carrier labels.
The domain specialist, your named contact, the hosting provider or the telecoms operator are brought in in the order set down in the contract, with reference numbers and credentials already to hand.
When a button has to be pressed or a power supply reconnected, we guide your night shift or the local contractor you hold an agreement with, over video. We do not travel, at any hour.
Once things are stable we look for the cause and deal with it, and you receive a short write-up. Where the event calls for a notification to the data protection authority or a report under NIS2, we supply the technical detail with timestamps.
Duty cover cannot be switched on overnight: the team on rota has to know your environment, and the scenarios have to exist on paper before the first night.
We write down what truly has to run at three in the morning: the shop, the carrier feed, the warehouse software, the file server. Everything else waits for opening hours, and we decide that together.
Who may trigger the duty line, who approves a call such as taking the shop offline for an hour to restore, and who has to be told even at four.
A short procedure per system: what to check, what to restart, where to restore from, at what point to escalate. Credentials go into the duty team vault.
We fire a rehearsal alert on an agreed date to prove the chain works end to end. After that the rota runs, and each month you receive the log of alerts and interventions.
Duty cover without access is one more spectator watching the outage. Credentials for the firewall, the hosting console, the domain registrar and Microsoft 365 administration have to sit in an encrypted vault the duty team can open, secured by a method that does not depend on one person's device while they are away. When the service goes live we prove it by signing in to every system on the critical list.
The duty channel is part of the Premium plan, from EUR 2,900 a month excl. VAT. It is equally possible to cover a handful of critical systems only, alongside a Business contract. Price follows the number of systems and the response time required, and is fixed once we have looked at your environment.
Whatever we write into the contract together: the shop stops taking orders, a server stops answering, the warehouse cannot print carrier labels, a site loses its internet connection, a privileged account has clearly been taken over. Anything else is received at any hour but worked on from 8:00.
No, and the hour has nothing to do with it: we work remotely only, in daylight and in darkness alike. The large majority of incidents are settled that way. Where a physical action is needed, we talk the person you nominated through it, step by step, until things are back to normal.
A written update at an agreed interval, often every half hour, sent to the people on your list: what has been observed, what has been tried, the current theory and when the next message is due. Radio silence is what wears a management team down fastest during an outage.
Nowhere. It is handed over inside the contract to the people you name, and reissued if that list changes. A public emergency line would fill up with ordinary requests, and the first real incident would queue behind them.
Describe the hours you really operate and what must not fall over once the offices close. We will define the critical incidents with you and send back a price.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
