Solutions

Our catalogue sets out the things we know how to do. Here the question is turned round: which moves make sense where you stand today. What follows are bundles of work already assembled around a goal, a sector or a headcount, each one carrying its running order, a rough duration and a scope. None of them needs anyone on site.

By goal

For the cases where the destination is obvious, while the parts to assemble and the opening move are anything but.

Not seeing your goal?

Data in the EU

Bringing systems and files back into data centres inside the Union, at OVHcloud, Scaleway or a comparable host: a map of the flows, the choice of provider, a dry-run migration, then a cut-over placed in whichever window disturbs work least.

GDPR compliance

Record of processing, sub-processor agreements, an impact assessment where one is required, and the technical measures underneath: enough to answer the CNIL calmly, and an employee asking for their own file too.

Remote and hybrid work

Company laptops enrolled in Intune, two-factor sign-in, a VPN or virtual desktops, plus the technical half of your telework charter, settled with your HR team. Staff work from the kitchen table and nothing on the server side ends up exposed to the open internet.

Downtime prevention

A recovery plan drafted while nothing is broken, with backups and monitoring that actually report to someone. The time needed to get back to normal is known in advance, and so is who does what in between.

By sector

Every sector runs different software, sits under different rules and puts its own price on an hour of standstill. Each of these bundles collects what a firm of that kind normally asks for.

Retail and e-commerce

One flow joining the shop itself, Amazon.fr, Cdiscount and Fnac-Darty, card payments, Colissimo and Mondial Relay labels and the bookkeeping, with one stock figure behind every sales channel.

Manufacturing

Office network kept apart from the shop floor, ERP servers that survive a hardware failure, monitoring, and work scheduled around the rhythm of your shift teams.

Healthcare and clinics

Health records at an HDS-certified host, practice software that stays available, links to Mon espace santé and to digital prescriptions: neither the booking desk nor the consultation can stop.

Construction

Site huts sign in exactly as the office does, CAD and BIM models run on virtual workstations, and the newest drawing turns up in the file store without three phone calls.

Logistics and transport

Tachograph data, WMS and TMS, interfaces to Chronopost, DPD and GLS, servers under watch: goods in and goods out stop depending on figures retyped by hand.

Public institutions

NIS2 and ANSSI guidance, a site that meets RGAA 4.1 together with its accessibility statement, invoices filed on Chorus Pro, and help drafting the technical annexes of a public tender.

Fitting a solution to your case

A ready-made solution is where we start, never a sealed box; scope bends to whatever turns up in your environment.

01

We listen

Where does it hurt, what is the deadline, and which result would count as a success? A first video call often reshapes the request completely.

02

We look at what exists

A remote walk-through of the estate turns up whatever might stand in the way. The price and the limits of that review are set beforehand, and the report belongs to you.

03

Scope and quote

The solution is only a template. We strip out what is useless, add what is missing and send a proposal priced in euros excluding VAT.

04

Delivery and handover

Work advances in stages, each approved before the next begins. Documentation comes over with it, and if you want us to keep the thing running afterwards, we will.

A solution is not a service. A service describes one specific skill. A solution starts from your context and puts the steps in a sensible order. It almost always borrows from several areas: a medical practice needs data protection paperwork, working backups, everyday support and protection on each workstation, and it needs them together.
