A purchase that shapes years
We test the choice before the signature. A new management platform or a B2B portal commits tens of thousands of euros and several years to one publisher.
The cheapest moment to talk to us falls before anything is signed. The IT invoices climb, every supplier tells its own version of events, and there is nobody inside the company whose job is to referee between them. We turn that technical fog into euros, deadlines and an order of play a management team can read, argue with and approve. All of it happens remotely, through video interviews and the documents you choose to open to us.
Strategy looks at the company's next two years. The review inspects what already runs in production and takes money out of the account every month.
The starting point is your own plans: one more branch, an online shop, buying out a competitor, the move to electronic invoicing. We turn them into precise changes to systems and to the budget, stage by stage, in an order we can justify.
Does the software do what you paid for? Which part gives way first if orders double? Who, apart from the current contractor, could take it on? You receive a report setting out the risks, the technical debt and an estimate of what repairs would cost.
Not every decision calls for an adviser. These are the moments where a few weeks of analysis almost always cost less than the mistake they prevent.
We test the choice before the signature. A new management platform or a B2B portal commits tens of thousands of euros and several years to one publisher.
We establish what you are actually getting back. Without it, a handover amounts to a table of passwords, no documentation and choices nobody can explain any more.
We show what the text may mean in your case. Management needs a picture it is prepared to sign; the final classification is confirmed with a lawyer.
We size things with headroom. Otherwise the ceiling on capacity and licences makes itself known in precisely the season when it hurts most.
We reduce them to the same lines. One covers data migration and training, the other does not, and the gap only appears once the order has been placed.
We prepare the technical part. A baseline, the scope of change and a credible timetable all serve in a France 2030 or Bpifrance file. Whether money is granted stays the body's decision, never ours.
We have a conflict of interest and we would rather say so ourselves. A firm that diagnoses the problem and also sells the cure cannot be neutral by construction. That is why we price recommendations at market rates rather than from our own card, and why it bothers us not at all if another supplier carries them out.
We spend more time listening to people than reading configuration files. The source of the trouble usually sits in the way the company works, rarely in the specification of a server. Interviews take place over video, at whatever hour suits you.
Separately with the directors and with the people who spend the day inside the software: accounts, order picking, the sales force. The distance between the two accounts is often the most useful finding of all.
Architecture, Microsoft 365 licensing, supplier commitments, subscriptions renewed in silence and know-how that exists nowhere but in one person's head.
Every item gets two amounts: what the problem costs and what removing it costs. The output is a queue, not a list of wishes.
The report does not simply drop into a mailbox. We go through it page by page with you over video and answer objections as the reading goes along.
An infrastructure review covers technical condition: servers, network, backups, licences, weaknesses. Here we start from the business and ask whether the systems support the direction the company is taking. In practice one leads to the other, and both can be ordered inside a single engagement.
That is no obstacle and it is a common situation in a company of twenty to fifty people. We speak to the owner or to the finance manager in euros and months, without initials. Technical detail moves into an annexe, where it is of use to whoever carries out the work.
On the technical and organisational side, yes. We help judge whether your activity falls inside the French transposition, bearing in mind that the final classification is confirmed with a lawyer, we map the gaps against what is expected and we set out a plan: risk management, incident reporting, supplier oversight. We work to the principles of ISO 27001 and we issue no certificates.
Yes, remotely as for everyone else. We can produce the technical pieces expected in a procedure under the French public procurement code: baseline, statement of need, estimate. The invoice can be filed on Chorus Pro if your finance department asks for it. Write to tender@apply.fr.
It depends on the number of systems and of people to meet. The hourly rate is EUR 95/hour excl. VAT. You can also ask for a fixed price, which we quote after a first online conversation once the scope is settled. No purchase commitment follows delivery of the report.
Write down what has to be settled and what leaves you unsure. We will propose a scope for the analysis, a duration and a fixed price.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
