Estate and warranties
Endpoints, servers, printers and network gear listed with model, age, operating system build and support end date. Whatever stops receiving fixes next year is obvious on the first page.
Most owners look properly at their IT on the day a customer sends a security questionnaire, an insurer asks about continuity, or the engineer who built everything retires. A review replaces guesswork with a list. We work only over remote access, with read-only credentials, and deliver a document solid enough to put in front of a board, a broker or a future supplier. Nobody from Apply travels to your premises.
We look at the technology and at the habits around it: who opens accounts, where passwords are kept, and what genuinely happens the week somebody leaves.

What you pay for in Microsoft 365, in your accounting suite and in your antivirus, set against what people genuinely open. Duplicates and dormant seats surface nearly every time.
What the outside world can see of you: open ports, a published remote desktop, a NAS login page, router firmware several years old, expired certificates.
Whether copies exist, what they cover, whether one sits off site, and above all whether they can be read. We restore a file at random to prove the chain holds end to end.
How many administrators, MFA coverage, accounts of people who left months ago, passwords swapped over chat, and who legally owns the domain names.
Findings that matter for GDPR, for NIS2 and for the guidance issued by ANSSI, the French cybersecurity agency. This is not certification; it is the groundwork before a formal audit or a cyber insurance application.
Duration follows the number of sites and servers, and we fix it at the start. For your staff the review feels much like an ordinary update.
An hour on a video call with whoever knows your systems best. We agree the credentials we need and the delivery date.
A lightweight agent plus a read-only Microsoft 365 account gather figures over a few working days, changing nothing.
A colleague sends a handful of pictures of the rack, the router and the labels. That is enough to judge cabling, the UPS and the airflow.
An online meeting, the annotated report, a risk register and an action plan with an hour estimate beside every line.
The most expensive finding in a review is seldom technical. Time and again the domain name, the cloud subscription or the hosting account turns out to be registered to the private address of a former employee or a contractor who left on bad terms. Recovering those credentials afterwards takes weeks and sometimes lawyers, so ownership of the critical accounts is what we check on day one.
Not much. One named contact, an administrator able to grant us read-only rights, and an hour for scoping. Any documentation you already hold, even an ageing spreadsheet of machines, saves us time, but nothing of the sort is required.
Our engineers work from named read-only accounts with MFA, limited to the length of the review, and every session is logged. We sign a GDPR processing agreement before looking at anything, and we confirm in writing that the accounts have been deleted at the end.
We raise it the same day rather than saving it for the report. A remote desktop open to the internet, or a backup that has been failing for six months, is flagged at once with a proposed quick fix. Whether you hand us that work is entirely your decision.
No. The plan is written so that an in-house engineer or a competing supplier can carry it out: every action is described, ranked and estimated in hours. Report and diagrams remain your property whatever you decide.
It is billed for time spent at EUR 95 per hour excl. VAT, with a range of hours quoted before we begin. If the scope proves wider than expected, we stop and ask before going further.
Describe your company in a few lines. We propose a scoping date and a range of hours within one working day.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
