Helping the people who work for you
A helpdesk your colleagues can reach, faults on Windows or macOS cleared during a remote session, logins prepared for the day a new person arrives and every access closed properly once they move on.
Apply takes care of infrastructure, security and business applications without anyone leaving their desk. No van, no reception counter, no sales visit: engineers who connect, write down what they did and account for it. This page sets out how that machinery works, the rules we hold ourselves to and the limits we state before anything is signed.
Many engagements open with one task only: mailboxes to migrate, a shop to rescue, a review before a tender goes out. Pulling networking, backups, security and applications under one roof afterwards spares you from explaining the same environment again at every incident.

Identity in Entra ID, device policies through Intune, tenants in Microsoft 365, machines hosted at OVHcloud or Scaleway, VPS instances, network monitoring, and backups we prove by restoring a sample at regular intervals.
Everyday GDPR practice, a record of processing activities, preparation for NIS2 following ANSSI guidance, EDR, vulnerability scanning and phishing awareness for your staff.
Shops built on PrestaShop or WooCommerce, editorial sites on WordPress, card payments, plus connections to Colissimo, Mondial Relay, marketplaces and accounting packages such as Sage or Pennylane.
Warehousing, dashboards that management actually opens, incoming paperwork read by machine rather than retyped, and AI tooling chosen to keep information inside the European Union wherever that is achievable.
Audits, a digital road map, help picking licences, and live online sessions for your teams covering everything from finding their way around Microsoft 365 to using AI sensibly.
Working without travelling forces a discipline few organisations impose on themselves: each step gets recorded, and no connection to your systems happens anonymously. In return, journeys and waiting time never appear on an invoice, and the engineer who picks up your request is the one who knows the subject, wherever they happen to work from.
Form submissions, emails and the Teams channel converge on one queue. Each item carries a number, a priority level and a due date, and you can see who owns it and how far it has travelled.
The clock starts when an engineer picks the request up and stops when it is closed. Work inside the plan and work billed by the hour are separated as it is logged, so no line on the monthly invoice comes as a shock.
Reseating a cable, swapping a drive, power-cycling a router: a colleague of yours or a contractor nearby performs the action while our engineer watches over video, with written instructions beforehand and notes once it is done.
You receive the list of requests, the response times actually achieved, how backups and updates stand, then suggestions for the months ahead with indicative budgets beside them.
Requests arrive Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00 CET, and Premium clients additionally have an on-call rota whose contact details sit in their contract. Anything solvable in a few minutes is handled at first level; everything else goes straight to the relevant speciality.
Stating this early avoids an awkward conversation once a contract exists.
Nobody arrives to mount a rack. We do not pull cabling or place computers on desks. Where a task genuinely needs hands in the building, we describe it precisely for whoever carries it out near you.
Advice yes, resale no. We will name the laptop, server or firewall that suits your case and point you at places worth comparing, yet not a cent of margin on kit or licences ever reaches us, and nothing is rented out.
We prepare, an accredited body certifies. Our practice is built on the principles of ISO 27001, and we help assemble the evidence before an audit. Issuing the certificate is the job of an independent auditor, never ours.
Nothing starts without a contract. Drafts travel with the proposal, leaving your legal adviser or DPO enough time to read every clause without hurry.
Written around your organisation. It fixes the scope, the price, the term, the notice period and where responsibility sits on each side.
Response times are contractual. 15 minutes on Premium, 1 hour on Business, 4 hours on Start, Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 18:00 CET.
Compulsory under the GDPR and French data protection law. It names the personal data handled on your behalf, its hosting location and every further processor involved.
Signed before the first login. It covers trade secrets, credentials and anything else we may see inside your systems.
Monthly, in electronic form. A Factur-X invoice under the French e-invoicing reform, payment within 30 days, filed on Chorus Pro for public buyers.
A question about a contract or an invoice? Invoices go to finance@apply.fr, changes to the agreement itself to corp@apply.fr, and anything that has stopped working to helpme@apply.fr. Your message lands straight with whoever deals with it, and a reply comes back inside one working day. No switchboard, no reception desk: putting things in writing leaves a record that protects both sides.
The timeline for a takeover follows the size of your estate and is fixed together with you. Nothing has to be prepared in advance.
Use the form further down this page, or send office@apply.fr a short note describing your activity and whatever keeps going wrong at the moment.
Thirty minutes over video, long enough to agree which parts deserve a look and which of your colleagues can open the access we will need.
From a distance we go through the accounts, the licence assignments, the servers, the backup schedule and the security settings. You keep the write-up regardless of what you decide afterwards.
A plan is chosen together, documents are signed, credentials come across and your environment finally gets the documentation it deserves.
No, there is nowhere to receive visitors. The team is distributed and every meeting runs over Teams or Google Meet. The choice is deliberate: travel charges never reach your invoices, and a request goes to the speciality it needs rather than to whoever sits closest on a map.
Almost all of it, since today's IT consists largely of settings, cloud platforms and software. The exceptions are physical: plugging in a new router, replacing a disk, moving a machine. A colleague on your side performs those using our written instructions, and where nobody is free we prepare a work order for a company near you instead.
Named accounts with multi-factor authentication, and no shared credential anywhere in the chain. Rights are issued for one specific task and withdrawn once it closes, while every connection is logged against the request it belongs to. Both the confidentiality agreement and the processing agreement are in place ahead of the first login.
Usually yes. Example: your in-house colleague keeps the business software and the relationship with users, while we hold the servers, security, backups and holiday cover. The split of responsibilities is written down so that two people never work the same problem unaware of each other.
Certainly. Shifting mailboxes into Microsoft 365, rescuing a neglected website or auditing security all run as standalone projects, priced as a package or billed at EUR 95/hour excl. VAT. Should the collaboration suit you, a monthly plan can follow; if not, the documentation produced along the way remains yours.
Describe what is going wrong today and we will suggest where to begin. An answer follows within one working day.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
