In many communes the whole of IT rests on one person: she resets a password in the planning office in the morning, updates the website at lunchtime, watches the backups of the business applications in the afternoon and prepares the accessibility statement with whatever is left. Our package lifts off her desk whatever can be handled from a distance on a repeating cycle. What the body gains is a scope set down in writing, one named counterpart and files kept in order against the day an inspection turns up. It suits a commune, an EPCI, a social action centre, a joint authority, a school or a department.

What the package includes
Five permanent modules. Every one of them carries a written scope plus a measure, which makes certifying delivered work simpler for the authorising officer and makes comparing bids simpler at the next consultation.
Officers, teachers and social service staff raise their requests through a form, by email or in Teams. Accounts and permissions, printing and exports, the electronic signature certificate that “stopped working” the evening before a council meeting, access to a business application after an internal transfer.
A yearly security cycle
An inventory of hardware and software, a review of permissions, a documented restore test, an incident register. We also draft the incident handling procedure, leaning on the guidance ANSSI publishes and the alerts issued by CERT-FR, and on NIS2 where the transposition brings your body into scope.
Paperless working and Chorus Pro
Workstations and browsers set up for the business applications and the electronic signature folder, invoices submitted through Chorus Pro, a public-facing service connected to FranceConnect where the project provides for it, and retention rules agreed with your records office ahead of electronic archiving.
Website, accessibility and online services
Updates, backups and a pass over accessibility whenever the site is rebuilt or something substantial is published. Once a year you receive the technical evidence behind your accessibility statement and your multi-year plan, and departures from RGAA 4.1 are repaired before a resident has to point at them.
A report for the management team
At the agreed rhythm, a single page: requests dealt with and deadlines met, the state of the backups, updates applied, incidents. Beside it sits a short account of risks and coming needs, which the chief executive or the finance officer can lift straight into budget preparation.
Procurement and the first weeks
Apply comes forward like any other economic operator: we bid for contracts and we deliver if we are chosen. We promise nothing about the award, which is entirely the buyer's decision. Taking over the IT of a public body afterwards amounts to far more than collecting a set of passwords.
01
Material for your tender
You receive a written scope together with service levels that an acheteur can reuse when drafting the technical portion of the specification. After that we bid through your buyer profile, in the forms the code de la commande publique requires.
02
Audit and handover
Servers, workstations, licences and live agreements are reviewed from a distance; credentials then come across from the outgoing supplier against a signed record, accompanied by a list of matters still open.
03
Splitting the roles
On site duties belonging to your own officer or to the local contractor you appoint are set down, and so is everything our team delivers from a distance. That document joins your security file and the annexes to the contract.
04
The year ahead in dates
Dates for reviewing permissions, for testing restores, for refreshing the accessibility statement and for the yearly session with management. The reminder reaches you from us, not from an auditor.
One contract covering several entities usually costs less than three separate ones. Example: a group of communes plus its schools, its library and its social action centre run on one set of rules for accounts, for backups and for security, and management ends up with a single consolidated report rather than four. A joint purchasing arrangement lets one consultation serve them all, and each entity still executes its own budget.
Questions and answers
So that the person has a stand-in, and hours left over for what nobody else will take on: hardware inside the buildings, dealing face to face with departments, getting purchases ready, shepherding the projects elected members care about. Everything repetitive, from patching and supervision through to copies, accounts and documentation, moves to us. Holidays and sick leave stop leaving the organisation exposed.
Like any other candidate: we answer the consultations published on your buyer profile, complete the application forms you ask for and provide the required certificates. The choice is entirely yours and we obviously make no promises about the outcome. If we are awarded the contract, invoices are submitted through Chorus Pro, and a priced proposal can help you beforehand when estimating the value of the contract.
It turns on what sort of entity you are, how large you are and which duties you discharge; the formal analysis sits with your legal service or your adviser, never with a technical supplier. Whatever the answer, the package installs the useful pieces anyway: a register of incidents, permissions under control, logging, copies that have been tested. Should your obligations broaden later, we bolt on what is missing instead of starting again.
The technical share is ours: contrast and heading structure, getting around by keyboard, alternative text, documents published in usable form, repairs to the site templates. We assemble the evidence behind the accessibility statement and the multi-year plan, and we point out what the European Accessibility Act adds for services you offer online. A full accessibility audit remains the work of a specialist practice, and we are happy to work alongside one.
Most bodies begin on Business, EUR 1,490/month excl. VAT; a small commune sits more comfortably on Start, from EUR 690/month excl. VAT for as many as ten users. Anything falling outside the plan is charged at EUR 95/hour excl. VAT. When several entities come together under one contract, we build a dedicated quote for the group. The presentation is deliberately arranged so the numbers travel straight into your estimate of the value of the need, while choosing the procedure stays with you.
We will describe the package that fits your organisation
Tell us what kind of body you are, how many workstations you run and who looks after IT today. We send back a written scope and a price you can use to estimate the value of the need.
When we are around Weekdays, 8:00 to 18:00 CET; answers land inside one working day

Message received
An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Anything unclear gets asked. Where a figure needs detail we do not have, expect an e-mail or an offer of a short call on Teams or Google Meet.
A proposal follows. What is covered, the figure in euros excluding VAT, and a start date that will hold. Nothing hides beneath an asterisk.
Then it is your call. The proposal sits in your inbox for as long as you need. Query any line of it, and decide once you are satisfied.
