Payments

Three routes, depending on who you are. Companies receive an invoice and pay it by transfer. Private clients settle up front through a payment link. Public buyers get their invoice filed on Chorus Pro. Terms, accepted methods and a short checklist for spotting a forged invoice are all set out below.

Invoicing for companies

A retainer is billed when the month ends; project work waits until you accept the stage. You then have 30 days to settle.

Ask about an invoice
01

Issued electronically

Every invoice leaves us in Factur-X format, as French e-invoicing rules require. Your accountant pulls it straight into their software, and a readable copy reaches you from finance@apply.fr.

02

Your own references

Purchase order number, cost centre, department name: tell us before month end and whatever your finance team needs will already be printed on the document.

03

Where to send the money

Funds go to our account at JSC Kaspi Bank, shown both on each invoice and in the box below. Quote that invoice's own number as the transfer reference and reconciliation takes seconds rather than days.

04

Marked as settled

Because the receiving account is abroad, a transfer usually needs 1-3 banking days to land. We clear the invoice as soon as it shows up.

Where to pay: JSC Kaspi Bank, IBAN KZ22722S000015813162, SWIFT/BIC CASPKZKA, in favour of Apply LLP (BIN 220540005599). Everything else about the company is listed on our contact page. Leave out the invoice number and your transfer has to be matched by hand. Nor would a switch of account ever reach you through email alone; faced with such a message, hold the payment and let finance@apply.fr confirm first.

Card and instant transfer

The private-client route. Sessions begin at EUR 59 incl. VAT; where the work runs longer it is EUR 99 incl. VAT per hour. Agree the job, follow the link we send, and an engineer picks it up once the payment clears.

How you can pay

Visa, Mastercard, or an instant transfer initiated at your bank. Everything stays inside the provider's window and nobody asks you to register an account first.

Where the details go

Card details are entered with a licensed payment provider. The number never passes through us, and nothing about it is stored on our side.

Paid before we start

Settlement covers the time agreed in advance. Should the job prove longer than expected, we stop and ask before a second link goes out.

If it goes wrong

Where we cannot deliver what was agreed, the money returns by the route it arrived. Timing then rests with your bank or card issuer.

Receipt or invoice

A receipt arrives by e-mail as standard. Prefer a named invoice instead? Say so before paying and that is what you will get.

Who this suits

Anyone with one problem to solve and no wish to sign anything: photos stranded on an old laptop, a mailbox that stopped syncing, malware to clear out.

Telling a real invoice from a forged one

Swapping the bank details on an otherwise convincing invoice remains one of the commonest frauds aimed at businesses. Four checks, one minute, before the transfer leaves.

Check 1 The format is electronic Anything we bill a company arrives as Factur-X and surfaces in your accounting software
Check 2 The bank details match Hold the account number against this page and earlier invoices before releasing any payment
Check 3 The figure matches the contract Retainer amounts follow the contract, and extra work was approved by you in writing first
Check 4 Unsure? Ask first Write to finance@apply.fr before authorising the transfer

Transfer sent, invoice still showing as unpaid? Forward the payment advice from your bank to finance@apply.fr. We trace it and come back to you.

Questions and answers

Companies pay in arrears: the retainer is invoiced once the month has closed, project work once the stage is accepted. Only private clients pay up front, through a payment link. Larger projects follow a schedule written into the contract.

Business rates exclude VAT, which is added at 20%. Rates quoted to private clients already include it. Either way the invoice itself breaks out the net amount, the tax and the total due.

A reminder goes out by e-mail first. Beyond that, late payment consequences and interest follow the contract and the rules that apply between businesses in France.

The invoice is issued electronically regardless, and a readable copy comes to you alongside it, so nothing stops you paying straight away. If connecting your accounting software to a partner platform would help, a short remote session usually covers it.

Where the public buyer requires it, the invoice is filed on Chorus Pro against the entity concerned. Send us the entity identifier, the service code and the commitment number when ordering: without them the platform rejects the document.

Where the client is a business holding a valid VAT number in another member state, the reverse charge normally applies, so no French VAT appears on the invoice. Settlement is by transfer to the account shown on it, quoting the invoice number.
