Pricing for remote IT support

A monthly fee buys a written scope of work and a response time that is part of your contract. Since every task travels down an encrypted connection, nothing on the invoice pays for mileage, tolls or time lost in traffic. Amounts exclude VAT; French VAT of 20% is added on top.

Three plans and a dedicated team

What separates Start, Business and Premium is the response time, the hours covered and how many systems we keep an eye on. A dedicated team suits organisations that want named engineers and hours reserved in advance.

Tailored engagement

Dedicated team

Administrators, security specialists and developers brought together into a single team that works only on your topics and knows your systems in depth. The make-up and the size are decided around the need, for example for the length of a move to Factur-X e-invoicing or a migration to the cloud. The whole engagement is delivered remotely.

What shifts the amount

Quotes follow the real workload, never your revenue. Six things decide where on the scale you land.

Users and managed devices

The first thing we count. Accounts opened in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, then the computers and phones you want enrolled in Intune so that updates and policies apply everywhere.

Servers and cloud resources

Priced on their own line. A Sage or Divalto server hosted at OVHcloud, an Azure subscription, a Scaleway VPS behind your shop: each one needs monthly patching, monitoring and a look at the backup results.

Hours of cover

The widest gap of all. Help between 8:00 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday costs far less than a rota able to answer on a bank holiday Sunday or at three in the morning.

The response time you pick

Shorter weighs heavier. Four hours on Start, one hour on Business, fifteen minutes on Premium. A quarter of an hour calls for a rota staffed by several engineers, not one administrator keeping a phone within reach.

Paperwork you expect from us

Weighs in as soon as GDPR or NIS2 applies. Event logs, board-level summaries, evidence for your data protection officer or for an ISO 27001 audit take genuine hours, and they go into the fee when you need them.

Condition of the estate on day one

It surfaces within weeks. Accounts belonging to people who left two years ago, no documentation at all, machines a year behind on updates: that tidy-up comes first, and afterwards the flow of requests drops sharply.

The fee buys labour, not licences. What it pays for is the support desk, day-to-day administration, monitoring and upkeep. Subscriptions to Microsoft 365, any other software, and heavier projects such as migrating mailboxes or moving over to Factur-X electronic invoices carry their own quote and begin only once you approve it in writing. We take no commission on any licence you buy. When something physical is required, swapping a disk or reseating a cable, a member of your staff or your local contractor does it while our engineer guides them step by step.

Three situations to place yourself against

Sample organisations with the plan that normally fits them. They give you an order of magnitude before the first conversation; the final amount follows a remote review of your environment.

Understanding the SLA

Accountancy firm, 8 people

from EUR 690/month

Start. Mail and client files sit in Microsoft 365, Pennylane runs in the browser and no server hides in the storage room.

Up to 10 users
Workstations, mailboxes, Teams and network printers
Mon-Fri, 8:00-18:00 CET
Picked up within 4 hours
No night rota
Emergencies outside those hours are billed at EUR 95/hour
Business plan

Online shop with a warehouse, 30 people

EUR 1,490/month

Business. The PrestaShop storefront, Mondial Relay and Colissimo labels, PayPlug payments and the export into Sage have to run every single day, and the hosted server belongs to the contract.

Every account and every device
Driven from Entra ID and Intune under one policy set
Server and backups
Monitoring plus restore tests at the interval set in the contract
Response within 1 hour
EUR 1,490 a month, VAT of 20% on top

Manufacturer spread over three sites

from EUR 2,900/month

Premium. Production never stops, so an hour of downtime in the middle of the night is worth precisely as much as one lost mid-afternoon.

Several sites, one reference build
The same configuration applied in each location
24/7 on-call rota
Response within 15 minutes, contact details handed over with the contract
Reporting aimed at NIS2
Logs, indicators and a written note for management

A dedicated team gets a custom quote. If you want the same engineers month after month, one named contact and hours held for you, the proposal grows out of the task list you describe. One-off jobs without a plan are billed at EUR 95/hour excl. VAT. Private individuals follow a separate list: from EUR 59 incl. VAT for a remote session and EUR 99/hour incl. VAT for longer work.

Getting a quote of your own

Four steps between your first message and a signature. Scope and timing are decided together.

01

Twenty minutes over video

A call on Teams or Google Meet covering the size of your team, the servers and business applications in use, and the hours during which somebody has to be reachable.

02

A remote review of the estate

With your permission we open Microsoft 365, the servers, the backup jobs and the list of permissions. The write-up stays with you, even if the work later goes to somebody else.

03

A detailed proposal

One amount and a readable list: what the plan covers, what is billed by the hour and what belongs to a fixed-price project.

04

Contract and handover

Reaction deadlines, liability and the processing agreement required by the GDPR all go on paper. Credentials then come across and the environment gets documented.

Questions and answers

They do. Business prices exclude VAT, and French VAT of 20% appears on the invoice. Invoices are issued electronically under the French e-invoicing reform, in Factur-X format, and filed on Chorus Pro whenever a public buyer requires it. Private individuals have their own list quoted with VAT included: from EUR 59 for a session and EUR 99/hour.

No. The plan buys a scope, not a ticket quota, so a difficult week following some Windows update leaves the amount untouched. What does trigger a conversation is lasting growth: a dozen new colleagues, or a new server going live. Scope and price are then revisited under the rules already written into the contract.

Term and notice period are agreed case by case and stated in the contract. That same document covers the end of the relationship: the return of credentials, of written documentation and of the backup sets, so that nobody ends up locked inside a supplier.

Yes, and it happens often. Example: your colleague keeps the users and the business software, while servers, backups and security come to us. We can equally act as cover during holidays or as reinforcement after 18:00. The scope is assembled around whatever is missing.

Either EUR 95/hour excl. VAT or a fixed price announced before anything starts, in both cases after your written approval; a reply by email is enough. We never begin work outside the agreed scope on our own initiative and present it later on an invoice.

No, and that is exactly why the rates sit where they do. All of our work runs over an encrypted remote connection, which covers the overwhelming majority of everyday failures. Where hardware has to be touched, our engineer talks the person on site through it over video, whether that is your employee or a contractor you trust.
