Choosing the platform
Teams Phone through Operator Connect with a carrier present in France, direct routing over a SIP trunk, or an independent hosted switchboard where the company does not use Microsoft 365.
A switchboard in a cupboard can survive twenty years, but every change to it means booking a technician, and when the building is locked the lines go quiet. Hosted telephony behaves differently: your numbers stay exactly as they are, and colleagues answer in Teams or in a mobile app whether they are at a desk, at home or sitting with a client. Our part is configuration: choosing the carrier, running the port, drawing the numbering plan, the queues and the opening-hours rules. We do not fit handsets and we do not ship hardware.
Telephony is treated as part of the network rather than a separate toy: numbers, greetings, queues, the quality of the link carrying them and what to do when something breaks.

The main number, direct lines and mobiles leave the current carrier at your request. We prepare the technical details and keep the calendar moving with both carriers.
A welcome message, a “press 1 for…” menu, queues per department, opening hours built around French public holidays, and an evening diversion to an on-call number.
Only where the purpose is clear, with a notice to the caller, a defined retention period and access limited to named people, as GDPR requires. Informing your own staff is part of the exercise.
An inbound call opens the customer record in Bitrix24, HubSpot or Pipedrive, and the conversation lands in the contact history.
You buy them from the supplier you prefer, using our list of compatible models. We enrol them remotely through zero-touch provisioning; unpacking and plugging in is down to your own people.
Configuration takes a few days. Porting depends on the carriers and on the paperwork, so we launch it first and pin the switchover to a fixed date.
Which numbers, which switchboard, which contract, who answers what, and how the company already uses Teams and work mobiles.
Extensions, hunt groups, queues, recorded messages, and what should happen after six in the evening, on Saturdays and on public holidays.
Licences, the carrier agreement, routing rules and handsets. Everything is proven on a temporary number before porting starts.
The numbers change carrier on the agreed date. We are online from first thing, replay every scenario and train the team in a short Teams session.
Do not cancel the old contract before porting has finished. The transfer is started by the new carrier at your request, and the exit terms deserve checking with both parties. Cancel too early and the number can be lost, disappearing from business cards, email signatures and online listings, taking with it the customers who had been dialling it for years.
The switch itself happens on the agreed day; the preparation time depends on the carriers and on how many numbers are moving. Until that date the old line carries on as normal and we keep both configurations ready.
Usually it does. Beyond the Microsoft 365 licence you need the Teams Phone add-on and a calling plan from a carrier, though some Microsoft bundles already contain it. Licence contents shift over time, so we check what you actually hold and cost it before any decision.
Yes. The Teams app, or the app of the hosted switchboard, presents the business number instead of the private one. When that person leaves, the number stays with you and the history of the conversations does not walk out inside a personal handset.
They connect through a VoIP gateway that you buy to our specification and that we configure remotely. Often it is a good moment to replace the fax with email or with a signed electronic delivery, keeping the gateway purely for the door entry panel or the lift.
No. Apply works exclusively at a distance: we configure the platform, the accounts and the call rules, and we supply a clear set of instructions. Unpacking, plugging in and any work on cabling belong to your own people or to a local installer you appoint.
Tell us how many people answer calls, which carrier holds your numbers and whether Teams is already in use.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
