Equipment
Availability, processor load, temperature, power supply health and port errors on the firewall, the switches and the access points.
The worst way to learn that a link has gone down is a customer who cannot place an order. Monitoring turns the sequence around: a line shedding packets, a switch power supply running hot, a VPN certificate about to expire, all of it appears on our screens before your team feels anything at all. More often than not the problem is dealt with before anyone notices a difference.
Knowing that a device answers a ping proves very little. A line can answer and still lose one packet in ten, at which point VoIP calls sound like a conversation held inside a tunnel.
Availability, processor load, temperature, power supply health and port errors on the firewall, the switches and the access points.
Throughput, latency, jitter and packet loss on each connection. The same readings become evidence with the carrier when contractual commitments are missed.
At agreed intervals, inside a planned window, we drop the main link and confirm that browsing, VPN and telephony genuinely move across.
Every device saves its configuration after any change, so it is clear who altered what and a working version can be restored in minutes.
We follow vendor bulletins and CERT-FR advisories. Firmware goes on during maintenance windows, with a rollback plan written beforehand.
When a device dies we prepare the warranty claim and configure the replacement remotely from the saved copy. Your colleague only has to plug the cables back in, following an annotated photograph.
Setting up is a short stage. After that the watch never stops and a brief report reaches you once a month.
We record equipment, links and dependencies. Where no assessment exists, we run a lighter inventory first.
A collector goes on a server or a machine that is already powered permanently, and thresholds are tuned so alerts stay rare but meaningful.
Factory passwords replaced, needless services facing the internet switched off, overdue patches applied.
We act on alerts within the time your plan allows, run planned work and report outages and load trends every month.
An alert sent to a shared mailbox is an alert nobody will read. With us the event reaches a named on-call engineer, and the response time follows the plan: 15 min on Premium, 1 h on Business, 4 h on Start. That is also why we hunt down false positives: a team drowning in notifications soon stops looking at any of them.
No. We run our own platform and install only a light collector at your end, on a machine that stays powered anyway. If internal policy or a regulator requires logs to be held by you, we can copy them into your own system as well.
Our standard hours are Mon-Fri 8:00-18:00 CET. Outside them, cover belongs to the Premium plan or to the 24/7 IT support service. On other plans the event waits for the first engineer of the morning, though the outage still appears in the report with exact timestamps.
Yes. The readings show hour by hour when latency climbed and how many packets vanished. We turn that into a readable case for your complaint; where incidents repeat, it also makes renegotiating or leaving the contract far easier.
You receive a monthly report covering link availability, the main incidents and load trends. On request we also open a dashboard for direct viewing, for instance for a site manager or your in-house engineer.
We see it immediately and open an online meeting to guide whoever is on site, naming the exact port and lead involved. The physical move belongs to an employee or to a local installer you choose, because Apply never travels.
Tell us how many sites you run, what lives in the cabinet and whether a backup link exists. We propose a scope and a plan.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
