Finding the real gaps
They seldom look like what management pictures. The problem is not the spreadsheet as such but three particular reports somebody rebuilds by hand every Monday morning.
The programme is assembled for your house; it does not come off a shelf. An exercise carried out on an imaginary company evaporates within a week, whereas whatever a participant handled on their own tracking sheet or their own document library tends to stay. Example: an accountancy practice of about thirty people moving off a network drive onto a shared workspace online. Everything happens live and at a distance, so teams across several sites and people working from home learn together, with no travel and no room to book.
The shape follows the situation: a single session right after a tool goes live, or a run of modules spread across a few weeks.

The content is built around your tasks and the level of the group: mail and shared calendars, document workspaces, spreadsheets and dashboards, handling personal data in line with GDPR.
A single department moves faster than a cross-section of the whole firm. The accounts office talks electronic invoicing and supporting documents, the sales team talks quotations and CRM, a town hall office talks electronic signature and filing on Chorus Pro.
For a workshop, a warehouse or a shop we place short modules at hours that do not stop the work, early in the morning or as one team hands over to the next.
Participants work on their own accounts and documents; the trainer follows progress on shared screens and in small breakout groups.
A short closing exercise, a one-page sheet to keep at hand, and a record of participation listing the topics covered and the time spent.
A module runs two hours, three at the outside. A cycle for one department fits into a few sessions, with the dates settled together with you.
We question the staff themselves, not only their manager, about what jams and about the detours they invented to get around it.
We build the content on their examples and send it to you for approval along with the timetable.
Groups formed by level, plenty of practice, questions taken as they come, cameras on and work in pairs in separate rooms.
Sheets, a closing exercise and a follow-up meeting a few weeks later to deal with the questions that real use throws up.
The head of the department should sit through the session with the team. Once the manager starts sharing a link instead of attaching a file, the habit spreads within days. If the manager stays with the old ways, the team drifts back inside a week and the money spent on training is gone.
Yes, provided we get a demonstration account and the documentation. For deeply specialised modules of a business suite, payroll for instance, the publisher or its integrator remains better placed. We then take everything that surrounds it: Microsoft 365, how documents move, security and remote working.
An hour and a half on real cases of the sort that arrive in France: an invoice from a regular supplier whose bank details have quietly changed, a fake delivery notice, an urgent message that appears to come from the boss on a Friday afternoon. The participants pick out the warning signs themselves. If you want to measure the effect, a controlled test campaign can follow a month later.
They receive the recording and the summary sheet, and where several groups are planned they can join the next one. The closing exercise still has to be done to appear on the record of participation; watching the recording alone is not enough.
Generally yes, as long as participants are told and the recording serves internal training only. The legal basis and the retention period are settled with your data protection officer. Before the first session we send you a short note to circulate, and anyone who prefers to keep their camera off during the recorded part may do so without explaining themselves.
The figure comes after we have found the real gaps, since it depends on the number of groups and modules. The reference is EUR 95/hour excl. VAT of trainer time, preparing the material on your systems included. You get a firm price for the whole cycle before we begin.
Tell us which departments need to learn and what gives them the most trouble. We will build the programme around their daily work.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
