Reading the level
A short conversation, so as not to repeat what is known and not to skip the step on which everything later collapses.
For those who take in more sitting alone with a trainer than inside a group. The learner sets the pace, no question is out of place, and we work on the genuine systems of their company. This shape is often chosen for the only technical person in a business, who has nobody to test an idea against, or for the person in the back office who ended up in charge of the computers one day without anybody explaining anything to them.
The plan starts from what the person does day to day, including the jobs that have been waiting for someday in a corner of their list for months.
A short conversation, so as not to repeat what is known and not to skip the step on which everything later collapses.
Topics are chosen from the real tasks and the systems the company genuinely runs, never from a catalogue of courses.
Over video with a shared screen, inside your Microsoft 365 tenant or on your own server, at an hour that suits the learner.
Entra ID and Intune, servers and virtualisation, network and firewall, backup and restore, security with NIS2 requirements and the French national agency guidance in view.
The learner can write about a job in hand without waiting a week for the next meeting.
Summaries and diagrams of your own environment rather than general slides that fit every company and none.
Sessions from two hours, usually once or twice a week. For companies EUR 95/hour excl. VAT, for individuals EUR 99/hour incl. VAT, or a session from EUR 59 incl. VAT.
We establish the level and the goal. Sometimes solving one precise problem together turns out to be enough and the rest becomes unnecessary.
Topics and their order are agreed directly with the person concerned; the company receives a summary.
A little explanation, then practice in the real environment with somebody alongside who catches the mistake before it does damage.
A final exercise, a review of the questions left open, a record of participation and a proposal for what might follow.
Between sessions we leave a piece of homework inside your own environment. Setting up conditional access for the sales department, say, or restoring a folder from yesterday's backup. The next session opens with a look at what went smoothly and what resisted. That teaches far more than an hour of listening, and overdue jobs quietly get closed inside the company along the way.
First of all the single person responsible for IT in a company, who has no colleague to test an idea against. Then company directors who need to understand an area well enough to decide without being told stories. Finally employees changing trade altogether, from user support towards systems administration for instance.
We help on the practical side, identity administration or device management for instance, since we work in a real environment. The examination itself is sat directly with the publisher or at an approved centre, and we issue no publisher certification. From us you leave with a record of the topics covered, which is neither a diploma nor a professional qualification.
No. We bill the hours actually worked, with no subscription and no minimum term. The number of sessions depends on the subject, and if the learner feels they know enough we simply stop there.
Yes. It might be somebody retraining towards IT, or a person wanting to take back control of a home network and the backup of their photographs. Payment is made in advance by link, card or instant transfer, from EUR 59 incl. VAT for a session, and a receipt or an invoice is issued on request.
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Apply is not registered as a certified training organisation under the French quality standard, so our sessions cannot be paid for through the personal training account or through a skills operator. You settle with us directly, on invoice, for the time spent.
Tell us who needs to learn what. We will set up a short opening conversation and propose a plan and a rhythm.

An answer follows inside one working day. Report an outage that is stopping people working and it moves ahead of everything else.
Nothing here under that name. Check the spelling, or simply choose the nearest large city instead. Since every engagement runs remotely, whichever you pick changes nothing about what we do for you.
