AI training for teams

Your colleagues already use an assistant, often from a personal account and without telling their manager. Training turns that spontaneous habit into supervised practice: it shows where the tool genuinely helps, where it invents with great confidence, and what is never handed to it. It also builds the level of AI literacy that European rules expect of organisations; how far those duties reach in your case is a question for your legal adviser.

Where this service reaches

The programme is shaped around departments, because an accountant and a communications officer want completely different things from an assistant.

Put your scope to an engineer

How it actually works

Why a confident tone says nothing about whether an answer is correct, and where invented legal references, court decisions and quotations come from.

Writing good instructions

Exercises on the participants' own tasks: answering a complaint, summarising a long email thread, drafting a proposal, turning messy notes into a table.

Checking the output

Simple habits that catch a wrong amount, a wrong date or a wrong name within minutes. Without that skill everything else becomes risky.

What is never pasted

Social security numbers, patient records, customer files, financial results before publication, trade secrets, and why this is a GDPR question as much as a confidentiality one.

The tools you approved

We work inside what your company has authorised, for instance an assistant built into Microsoft 365 or an internal environment hosted in a European region.

Usage policy

We help you write rules that fit on one page rather than a blanket ban that everyone will bypass from a personal phone.

The way an engagement runs

The introductory module fits into one afternoon, while a deeper programme for a department is spread across several sessions. Classes are live on Teams or Google Meet, whether participants are in the office or at home.

01

Short survey

We check who already uses what, for which tasks, and what the participants most want to learn.

02

Preparing material

We gather examples from the department's daily work and strip personal data out of them before the session.

03

Workshop

Practical exercises one after another, with every result discussed in front of the group, including the failures.

04

Follow-up

A one page summary sheet and a short online session for the questions that surfaced once people went back to work.

An answer copied without checking will eventually reach a customer. A statute that does not exist, an imaginary tax interpretation or an elegant but false quotation all read convincingly to a non-specialist and collapse under an expert eye. Knowing how to verify therefore matters more than knowing how to phrase clever instructions, and that is where each of our workshops begins.

Questions and answers

Not at once. Start with the people who read and write all day: sales, customer service, communications, human resources. For everyone else a short note on what must not be shared is enough at first. Each participant can receive an attendance certificate, which helps when you document staff training.

By splitting into two groups. Mixing people who have practised for a year with people seeing the interface for the first time tires both sides: one group is bored, the other drops out. The advanced group then works on automating tasks and on building reusable prompt templates for the department.

All the more reason to talk. A ban with no alternative moves the habit onto personal phones, and the company loses any sight of what leaves the building. We help write rules that people actually follow and present the approved tool, which finally gives management an accurate picture of real usage.

The price is set for the group, based on the number of participants, the duration and how far the material is tailored. Write to office@apply.fr saying how many people and which departments are involved and we reply with a proposal within one working day. One-off sessions can also be billed at EUR 95/hour excl. VAT.

Let us train your team
